Congratulations on the birth of your baby!! The birth of a new baby is an exciting and joyous time and an event that you will never forget. Just like any new parent, you are probably anxious to get back to the comforts of your own environment.

For those of you delivering at a hospital (in the United States), here is a checklist for you to follow during your stay. This checklist shows the activities that will need to be completed before you and your little one will be ready to go home. Please keep in mind that this is a general list and some facilities may vary. Show this list to your nurse and inquire if there are any additions or exclusions.
