Description: Altaire Pharmaceuticals recalls nearly 900,000 Rugby Children's Pain & Fever Concentrated Drops for failing to meet child-resistant closure requirements mandated by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The original bottle does have an appropriate child-resistant cap, however, the dropper unit does not.
This recall involves Rugby Children's Pain & Fever Concentrated Drops sold in 1/2 fluid ounce (15 ml) bottles with UPC code 305361936723 and the following lot numbers:
