Description: McNeil Consumer Healthcare recalls approximately 574,000 bottles of Infants’ TYLENOL Oral Suspension, 1 oz. Grape. The new SimpleMeasure™ dosing system includes a dosing syringe and a protective flow restrictor on the bottle to ensure accurate dosing. The company has received complaints that some of the flow restrictors have been pushed into the bottle when the dosing syringe is inserted.
