Description: A nationwide recall of black pepper has been issued for the possibility of Salmonella contamination. The following companies have issued a voluntary recall of there products that contain black pepper:

    Gerber recalls 23.2 ounce plastic package of Good Start Gentle Powdered Infant Formula (batch GXP1684; expiration date March 5, 2013). Some consumers have noticed an off-odor coming from the formula and some babies have spit-up and suffered from other gastrointestinal issues.
