Description: Approximately 12,000 Valco Baby Tri Mode Single and Twin Jogging Strollers recalled for potential strangulation risk. If the infant is not properly secured in the stroller, the infant can slip under the grab bar, posing a strangulation risk. This recall involves the grab bar on the Tri Mode Single and Twin jogging strollers with the following model numbers:
