Description:
Dorel Juvenile Group recalls more than 3.9 million child restraints. Significant friction on the tethers can cause the tethers to wear down and can pose unsafe conditions for a child in the event of an accident. This recall involves car seats manufactured between January 1, 2000-September 30, 2001and involves the following car seats:
