Description: Approximately 2 million Graco Quattro™ and MetroLite™ strollers recalled for entrapment and strangulation hazard. The CPSC has received reports of four infants who strangulated in the the stroller. If the infant is not properly secured in the stroller, the infant can slip under the stroller, posing a strangulation and entrapment risk. This recall involves Graco Quattro™ strollers and travel systems manufactured prior to November 2006 and MetroLite™ strollers and travel systems manufactured prior to July 2007. The following model numbers are involved in the recall (note: strollers ending with the number 3 are NOT involved in this recall):
