Description: Evenflo is recalling more than 13,000 Maestro combination booster seats. In the event of a crash, a crack can form by the harness adjuster and can lead to injury. This recall involves Evenflo Maestro booster seats beginning with the model number 310 and those manufactured between November 24, 2009 and April 9, 2010 in the US and those built between December 17, 2009 and April 26, 2010 in Canada.
