| This recall is being issued by: National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Recalled on: July 23, 2010 Description: CYBEX Solution X-fix model booster seats manufactured during February 2010, were produced using an incorrect warning label. The defect consists of an incorrect warning statement related to securing an unoccupied booster seat. If the instructions are followed, the unoccupied booster can become projectile in the event of a crash and cause injury. This recall involves model numbers 0500200 and 0500760. |
