Recalled on: December 22, 2011
Description: Bugaboo recalls 64,000 car seat adapters which attach car seats to stroller frames. A car seat installed with adapters (models 80400GC01 and 80401GC02) on a Bugaboo Cameleon stroller in combination with a Wheeled Board (model 85500WB01) can result in a fall hazard. If the adapters is installed on a stroller that also has a wheeled board (for transporting a standing toddler) and the child in the car seat is facing forward (not facing the parent), the car seat can become disconnected from the adapter and fall.
