Recalled on: August 11, 2010
Description: P. Graham Dunn recalls wooden rattles that can become a choking hazard when the wooden dowels are installed at an angle, exposing the metal rattle. These rattles were sold between June 2010 through July 2010. 
Have this product?: The CPSC is recommending that you immediately remove this product from your child and contact P. Graham Dunn at 1-800-828-5260 to receive a full refund.
