	This recall is being issued by: Consumer Products Safety Commission Recalled on: May 30, 2012 Description: Toys R Us recalls 24,000 Imaginarium 5-Sided Activity Centers (item number 295909; barcode number 000799985462841).  The small wooden knobs attaching the xylophone keys to the end can detach, causing a choking hazard to young children

Have this product?: The CPSC is recommending that you immediately stop using this product and promptly remove it from child's reach. A refund or store credit can be obtained by returning the activity center to Toys R Us or by contacting Toys R US at 1-800-869-7787.
