Description: About 2.5 million Step2® Push Around Buggies and Whisper Ride Buggies recalled for injury risk. The handle of the
buggy can detach and cause scratches, scrapes and other laceration injuries. Buggies that use a yellow plastic pin to hold the handle unto the buggy (not buggies using a bolt) are involved in this recall. Click to see what the plastic pin vs bolt looks like for Step2® Push Around Buggy™ and Whisper Ride Buggy™. These toys were sold from 1999 through March 2010 at various retailers. Step2® Push Around Buggy™ model numbers and UPC numbers involved in this recall are:

Step2® Whisper Ride Buggy™ toys involved include the following:
