Description: Key Baby LLC recalls approximately 29,000 Pampers® Natural Stages Infant pacifiers. The width of the back plate
failed to meet federal safety standards which poses a choking hazard to young children. The "Stage 1" pacifiers are involved in this recall and are oval in shape and come in yellow, blue and pink. The pacifiers were sold between April 2010 and February 2011.
Have these products?: The CPSC is recommending that you immediately take the recalled pacifier away from your child and contact Key Baby LLC at 1-800-447-1224 to receive one of the following:
A. $6.00 USD refund plus shipping reimbursement
B. A free replacement pacifier
C. A $10 coupon for Natural Stages products
