Description: Nearly 45,000 Kariño baby pacifiers recalled for choking and aspiration hazard. Multiple hazards are noted by the CPSC: (1) Nipple can separate from base easily; (2) handle is too long; (3) mouth guard is too small and (4) there are no ventilation holes on the mouth guard. The nipple is filled with corn syrup.
Have this product?: The CPSC is recommending that you immediately remove this product from your
