	This recall is being issued by: Consumer Products Safety Commission Recalled on: March 3, 2011 Description: Rhino Toys Inc recalls 28,000 OBall Links & Mini Rattles™. The hard plastic C-links on both ends of the rattle's plastic chain can break, posing a choking hazard to young children.These rattles were sold April 2010 through December 2010.
