Recalled on: October 20, 2011

Description: Fifty LittleLife Discoverer Child Carriers (number LS55060) recalled due to fall hazard. There should be 4 bolts attaching the kick out stand to the main frame. Missing bolts where the carrier’s main frame attaches to the metal stand cause the carrier to disconnect from the stand and fall backwards. Click here to see where to locate the bolts.

Have these products?: The CPSC is recommending that you immediately stop using the carrier

      

and check to see if the two bolts on each side of the carrier are missing.
