| This recall is being issued by: Consumer Products Safety Commission Recalled on: January 24, 2012 Description: Lee Carter Co recalls approximately 25,000 infant rattles. The rattle's handle is small enough to fit into a child's throat, posing a choking hazard and violating federal rattle standards.

Have this product?: The CPSC is recommending that you immediately take the rattle away from
your child and contact Lee Carter Company for a full refund or credit for a replacement product. Consumers can call the company collect at (415) 824-2004 anytime.
