This recall is being issued by: Consumer Products Safety Commission
Recalled on: July 28, 2010
Description: Fisher-Price recalls more than 23,000 Little People® Builders’ Load ‘n Go Wagons (model number P8977) due to laceration hazard. The back of the wagon’s plastic handle has molded-in reinforcement which adds stiffness and
facilitates gripping of the handle. Laceration injuries can occur if a child falls on the handle. Only the yellow handle wagons are
involved in this recall.
Have these products?: The CPSC is recommending that you take the wagon away from your child until a replacement handle has been obtained and assembled. Contact Fisher-Price at (800) 432-5437 for a repair kit. Assembling the new handle is easy and Fisher-Price provides this instructional video.
