Description:  IDM Group LLC recalls approximately 119,000 CareBears pacifiers. The pacifiers can pose a choking hazard to young children if the nipple separates from the base.

Have this product?: The CPSC is recommending that you immediately stop using this product and and contact IDM Group LLC at (212) 686-5221 for a full refund.
