Description: Kang Sheng Group recalls approximately 1,440 butterfly push toys due to choking and aspiration hazard. Small metal balls can become freed if the plastic balls on the butterfly's wing break. These small metal balls can pose a risk to young children. These push toys come in various colors and include plastic butterfly push toys with item number L185819.
