Description: More than 23,000 Emma's Garden® polka-dot girls' dresses recalled. The decorative buttons on the front of the dress can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. These dresses, sizes 12 months to 5T, were sold at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls from February 2011 through May 2011. The neck tag bears the tracking number TJX-80327TDS1
