Description: Approximately 1,000 
Franklin & Ben Mason 4-in-1 Convertible Cribs recalled. The front panel of the crib can separate from the side panels if not glued properly. This can create a hazardous gap which can allow a child to fall out or become entrapped between the front and side panels. The following cribs are involved in this recall:
 
  • Model Number: B5601
  • January 2012 through August 2012
  • PO Numbers: H004522, H004546, H004548, H004777
