Description: More than 3,000 "Angel Line" or "Lakewood Forest" drop-side cribs recalled due to malfunctioning hardware. When the hardware that secures the railing to the crib frame detaches or malfunctions, a child can become entrapped, potentially suffocate against the crib mattress or sustain injuries from falling out of the crib. The following model numbers are involved in this recall (model number can be found on headboard) and include only the drop-side cribs with plastic hardware:
