Description: Phil&Teds recalls 265 Travel System 26 (TS26) infant car seat adaptors for strollers. The plastic adaptors used to connect an infant car seat to a stroller are brittle and can break or crack becoming a fall hazard to infants. These adaptors attach to Maxi Cosi, Cybex, phil&teds Alpha and Mountain Buggy Protect infant car seats to phil&teds hammerhead, black classic, explorer, dot, navigator and navigator with auto stop strollers. The adaptors with UPC “9 420015 7 4004” are involved in this recall.
The CPSC is recommending that you immediately stop using the adaptors and contact phil&teds at (855) 652-9019 to receive replacement adaptors. To register your recall online, click here.
