This recall is being issued by:  National Highway Traffic Safety Administration

Recalled on: April 5, 2014

Description: Evenflo is recalling certain convertible car seats and booster seats due to a defect in the harness crotch buckle. The buckle can become progressively more difficult to open or can become stuck in a latched condition if food and liquids are dried on the buckle. This may make it difficult to remove a child from the vehicle in the event of an emergency. There is no such risk if the buckle is functioning normally.
