Tiny Love Baby Wind Chime

Recalled on: February 10, 2010

Description: Tiny Love is recalling approximately 800,000 wind chime toys after reports that 5 babies pulled apart the wind chime and exposed the sharp metal rods. These rods can cut and/or puncture a young child's skin. A 24-month-old toddler was injured when one of the rods punctured his cheek. The following products are involved in this recall:

--Duck Chime (Sold with Gymini Kick & Play Activity Gym)
--Tiny Smarts- Baby Bunny
--Tiny Smarts Gift Set (Bunny only)
--Wind Chime- Ella
--
Wind Chime- Louie

Pictures of each of these items can be found on Tiny Love's website or on CPSC's press release. These products were sold at major retailers between February 2002 and February 2010.
